We began as a partner in 1993 with Sundance Oil Tools Ltd.  At that time Sundance Oil Tools had been supplying downhole tools to Computalog Drilling. We decided to expand our fleet of tools and to acquire new  customers.   Precision Drilling purchased Computalog along with Sundance Oil Tools in 1999.  Torax Oil Tools was then established as a sole entity and has been a reputable supplier to the oil and gas industry since 1999.
